Part 3: Fun in the Light

Part 3: Fun in the Light

Love is not always heavy. Sometimes it’s light. Sometimes it’s laughter under the sun, dancing in the kitchen, laying your burdens down beside someone who doesn’t need you to be strong all the time.

“We sense the love for each other and have fun in light.”

That line came to me as a whisper, but it holds truth with weight. We weren’t made only to process trauma or build empires—we were made to play, to feel joy, to delight in each other’s being.

In the sacred tension between logic and emotion, we find connection. We learn how much our experiences have shaped us. How our joy is radical, especially when we’ve suffered.

Trusting the process of love means letting it evolve. Letting it teach us what’s ours to hold and what’s safe to let go of.

So let yourself laugh. Let yourself fall in love again with your own presence. Let someone see your light and not just your work.

Healing is hard, but play is holy too.
